Today you will be selecting a global issue topic to use in the next two units for this class. When you hear/read the words “global issue” what comes to mind? Elaborate and explain yourself. When I think of Global Issue, I think of wars. Wars effect many places in the world, weather they are civil wars, or wars like Afghanistan. When I hear the words global issue, I sometimes think a bad thing has happened. Another thing I think of are stocks. Stocks like the DOW vary a lot and if there was a major drop in the value of a big stock like the DOW, it makes world news.
