What makes a good introduction paragraph to an essay or paper? A good introductory paragraph is catchy and intense. This paragraph starts the whole paper and must keep the readers attention all of the way through. If this introduction is weak, or boring, you will for sure loose the readers attention, unless you are a teacher and are forced to read the paper... like you Mrs. Scheuerman!
